摘要
溶出工序为粉煤灰提取氧化铝生产过程的主要反应环节,在此过程中,粉煤灰料浆通过料浆管道依次通过各反应釜使反应顺利完成。在实际生产过程中,溶出系统的故障会影响全流程的安全运行,通过对溶出系统出料不畅、料位计失灵等故障的分析处理,最终消除了安全隐患,取得了良好的效果。
The dissolution process is the main reaction link in the process of extracting alumina from fly ash. In this process, the fly ash slurry passes through the slurry pipeline in order to complete the reaction. In the actual production process, the dissolution of the system fault will affect the safe operation of the whole process, the dissolution system analysis and processing of materials unsmooth, level-detector failure and other faults, eventually eliminating the potential safety problems, and achieved good results.
