'I have worked in machine tool industry for almost 30 years;in the end,what I have got are discontents from four sides-employees,bosses,clients and myself.Therefore,I have made up my mind to achieve something satisfying to myself.Hope is simply nowhere near you if you are still tradition-bound;that's why I have plucked up my courage to do different things,and to be a unique self.'
