经支气管镜氩等离子体凝固术联合冷冻治疗肺癌致气道内狭窄效果观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察经支气管镜氩等离子体凝固术联合冷冻治疗肺癌致气道内狭窄的效果。方法选取2015年5月至2016年7月我院收治的肺癌致气道内狭窄患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。观察组采用经支气管镜氩等离子体凝固术联合冷冻治疗,对照组采用全身化疗,比较两组疗效及并发症。结果观察组治疗后Karnofsky评分明显高于对照组,气道直径明显大于对照组,气促指数明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后并发症发生率略低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经支气管镜氩等离子体凝固术联合冷冻治疗肺癌致气道内狭窄效果良好。
