基于VOF模型的倾角对重力热管性能影响数值研究 被引量:6

摘要 随着热管技术的发展,对热管的研究越来越广泛。本文通过加载用户自定义函数(UDF),运用Fluent软件对铜-水重力热管进行了仿真数值模拟,并对不同倾角下的重力热管进行了模拟。结果表明:仿真数值模拟结果与实验结果吻合;重力热管的最佳倾角为57°;同时获得在倾角作用下的分层流动现象导致的上下壁面的温度分布,并对热管工作过程中蒸发段进行了可视化研究,很好地再现了热管运行时蒸发段的相变过程。 With the development of heat pipe technology, the research on heat pipe is more and more extensive. By loading the user defmed function (UDF), the Fluent software was applied to simulate the copper-water thermosyphon, and the thermosyphon with different dip angles was also simulated. The results indicated that, the simulation results agreed well with the experimental results, and the best dip angle for the gravitational heat pipe is 57°. The wall temperature distribution affected by the laminated flow at different angles was obtained, and visualization research was also carried out for the evaporation section during working process, which well reproduced the process of phase change in the evaporation section.
