红外测温技术在炉膛温度场检测中的应用 被引量:13

摘要 为了实现电站锅炉炉膛温度场在线监测,基于红外测温的基本原理建立了炉膛温度场重建的数学模型;采用LSQR(Least Squares QR-Decomposition)算法求解温度场重建模型,对炉膛火焰分布的单峰模型和双峰模型进行了仿真重建,针对两种不同的温度场模型均能得到精度较高的温度场分布图;采用红外测温技术在国内某300 MW机组锅炉上进行了测温试验,重建了炉膛某截面温度场,试验结果准确反映了炉膛温度场的分布状况。仿真和试验结果表明:红外测温技术可以用于重建二维平面温度场,实现炉膛温度场实时在线监测。 In order to realize real-time monitoring of the temperature field in furnace of utility boilers, a mathematical model for furnace temperature field reconstruction was established based on infrared temperature measurement. The least squares QR-decomposition (LSQR) algorithm was applied to solve this model. The single- peak and double-peak temperature field models were simulated, and high quality temperature field images could be obtained by both the temperature field models. Temperature measurement experiment was carried out on a domestic 300 MW unit boiler by using the infrared temperature measurement technique. The 2D temperature field of a section in the furnace was reconstructed and the results reflect temperature distribution accurately. Both the simulation results and the experimental results indicate that the infrared temperature measurement technique can be used to reconstruct 2D temperature field and realize real-time monitoring of temperature field in furnace.
