Overview and Inspiration of Global 5G Spectrum Researches

摘要 第五代移动通信系统(5G)已成为全球信息通信技术的重点发展方向,受到政府和行业的广泛关注。首先,对国际电信联盟无线电通信部门(ITU-R)建议书中发布的5G愿景进行了概述和分析,指出5G系统将使用高中低全频段;然后,总结了全球主要国家和地区关于5G频率政策的最新动向,分析了其高中低频段候选频率的当前使用情况和未来可用性,并指出了我国对相关频段的策略和考虑;最后,基于我国无线电管理政策及面临的形势,结合5G系统特性,提出了对于5G频率研究工作的思考和建议。 The fifth generat ion of mobile communicat ion(5G) has become the key point of the development of information and communication technology, and is widely concerned by the government and industry. Firstly,the 5G vision is summarized and analyzed according to Recommendations of the Radiocommunications Sector of International Telecommunications Union(ITU-R) ,and it is pointed out that the high,medium and low bands will be comprehensively considered as the candidate bands for 5G. Secondly, the latest progress of 5G spectrum polices in major countries and regions are researched,the frequency usage status and possibilities of future use of the corresponding candidate bands are analyzed, and strategies and consid-erations of 5G candidate bands in China are proposed. Finally ,based on the national radio administrative policies and situation,some thoughts and suggestions on 5G frequency planning are put forward.
