基于医养导向下的养老设施设计方法初探

Design of facilities space based on the medical care for the elderly

通过对养老设施建筑空间在医养结合模式下进行客观的分析,从总体规划布局、公共空间组织和室外环境设计3个层面出发对养老设施在适老化、精细化、人性化方面的设计方法进行了一定的探索,为改善养老设施空间环境和建设生活多元化的养老设施提供理论依据,对完善社会可持续发展理论及创造良好的人居环境也具有重要的意义.

Through the building space of the endowment facilities in the medical-nursing mode,the paper makes an objective analysis of the general layout, the organization of public space and outside environment design from three aspects of endowment facilities in the elder- ly-oriented,elaboration and humanization design method to carry on the certain exploration, to provide a theory basis for improving endowment facilities space environment and the con-struction of diversified endowment facilities. It has an important significance in improving the social theory of sustainable development and creating a good living environment.
