中国茧丝绸行业2016年运行分析及2017年展望

Analysis on operation of Chinese cocoon silk industry in 2016 and prospect in 2017

从蚕茧产量、工业运行、丝绸产品外贸出口、茧丝交易价格四方面着手,对2016年中国茧丝绸行业的基本运行情况进行分析,指出2016年丝绸行业在原料价格上升、出口额度下降等困境中仍能保持行业经济平稳运行的原因。在此基础上,预测2017年行业将会步入外贸形势谨慎乐观,内需市场稳步增长,行业结构性矛盾仍存的状态。并建议茧丝绸全行业要认真贯彻落实商务部发布的《茧丝绸行业"十三五"发展纲要》精神,推进行业供给侧结构性改革、增强科技创新和应用能力、强化茧丝绸自主品牌建设、促进产业和文化融合发展、加大对外合作贸易渠道的开拓力度。

This paper analyzes the basic operation and development of Chinese cocoon silk industry in 2016 from four aspects of silkworm cocoon output, industrial operation, silk product export and bave trade price and points out the silk industry will step into a statement in which foreign trade export is cautiously optimistic, domestic market increased steadily and structural contradiction still exist. Besides, this paper further puts forward that the whole industry should conscientiously implement the spirit of “Silk Industry 13th Five-Year Plan” published by Ministry of Commerce which aims to promote industry supply-side reform, enhance scientific and technological innovation and application ability, strengthen the construction of independent brand of cocoon silk, promote the combination of industry and culture, increase the development of foreign trade channels.
