国有知识型企业人力资源供给侧优化途径初探——以电力系统某公司为例

摘要 全球经济的极速发展,国有企业在市场竞争中越来越受到严峻的挑战。国有知识型企业人力资源管理作为企业管理的基本职能之一,应重视以人为本的管理理念,发挥人力资源供给侧的开发和利用能力,这也符合我国经济社会发展的现状,实现企业的转型、创新和改革。本文提出以供给侧改革推动国有知识型企业结构调整、质量提升、效益增长、创新发展,提出了国有知识型企业人力资源供给侧优化途径和措施,对国有知识型企业人力资源的实践有积极的指导作用。 The rapid development of global economy,chinese state-owned enterprises in the market competition are facing more and more serious challenges. Human resource management is one of the basic functions of the Knowledge-based enterprises management. People advocate knowledge management and human management in human resource management field, and research the development and utilization of the human resource. It will form a socialist market economic system,and push transformation,innovation and reform. This paper proposes to use supply side reforms to promote structural adjustment of Chinese state-owned knowledge-based enterprises,improve quality, grow benefits, innovate and develop. This paper alse provides an supply side optimization approach and measures for Chinese state-owned knowledge-based enterprises, and has the guidance-function to the human resource management of konwledge-based enterprises.
