教师交流轮岗:转承与借力——苏北某区转岗教师心理适应性调查分析 被引量:3

摘要 随着农村中学生源的减少,不少中学教师分流到小学任教,成为转岗教师。对转岗教师心理适应性的调查发现,教学对象的变化、自我效能的降低、旧有认知的影响和社会支持的不足引发了转岗教师心理不适应。从完善学校制度、帮助转岗教师进行角色转换和改进培训模式三个方面提出策略,帮助中学分流教师快速融入小学教育教学工作中去。 With the decreasing number of rural middle school students, quite a few middle school teachers are repositioned to primary schools for teaching, who have become position-changing teachers. A survey of such teachers’ psychological adaptation shows that they are not psychologically adapted to new positions for reasons of changes in teaching objects, lowering of self-performance, effiect of previous cognition and lack of social support. Corresponding strategies are proposed such as improving school system, helping them change roles, and refining on training modes so that they can adjust themselves to primary school education as soon as possible.
