基于差异的多彩学习研究

摘要 小班教育环境下基于差异的多彩学习,是在教学中立足学生差异,满足学生个别需要,促进学生在原有基础上得到充分发展的学习。教师通过自主设单、自由结伴、自在交流来尊重差异、利用差异、善待差异,体现人文关怀,让学生自信、快乐地学习,自主、健康地成长。 In the environment of small class education, colorful learning based on differences means that teaching must be implemented according to students' differences, satisfy their personal needs, and promote their full development over their previous foundation. Such measures may be adopted to help students learn confidently and happily and grow independently and healthily as self-designing tasks, free partnership, natural communication, taking advantage of differences, kind treatment of differences, and embodying humanistic care.
