食用油中酰胺类除草剂乙草胺的快速提取与检验方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文建立了利用混合溶剂(正己烷溶于乙腈溶液至饱和)在室温下液液萃取花生油中的乙草胺成分,经浓缩后直接进样GC/MS分析的检验方法,可以快速检验花生油中的乙草胺成分。乙草胺乳油浓度在0.2~20.0μL/L范围内峰面积和浓度呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为.y=214208.5x+50328.4,相关系数R^2=0.9994。乙草胺乳油样品回收率在65%以上,检出限低于0.1μL/L。本方法简便、快速,适合食用油中乙草胺投毒案件的快速检验。 Acetochlor, one kind of amide herbicides, is sometimes poisoned into edible oil so that a method will thereby be xirgently desired to make the chemical rapidly extracted and detected. Here, liquid-liquid extraction was carried out for the acetochlor to be isolated from peanut oil with a mixed solvent (n-hexane dissolving into acetonitrile until saturated) at room temperature. Simply concentrated, the extracted sample was immediately subjected to GC/MS analysis, leaving the distinct chromatogram of acetochlor revealed. The linear relationship was good when acetochlor EC (emulsifiable concentrate) kept among the range of 0.2-20.0μL/L. The linear equation, 14208.5x+50328.4, was obtained and the correlation coefficient was 0.9994. The recovery was above 65%, and the limit of detection was less than 0.1μL/L. This method is simple and rapid, suitable for detection of acetochlor poisoned into edible oil in relevant cases.
