天津地区伴人植物形态特征信息库的建立

Tianjin Botanic Repertory of Morphological Characteristics Helpful for Criminal Investigation

在多起案件现场,一些植物的种子、果实及绒毛会附着在案犯或者被害人的身上,这些细微的物体可能会给案件的侦破提供重要的线索。本文对天津地区伴人植物形态特征信息库的建立进行了详细介绍。根据植物学分类的理论与方法,在广泛收集、整合相关资料的基础上,从植物的生活型、叶、花、果、分布、生境等方面对天津市区及其周边的主要植物特征进行了全面的分析整理工作,提取对刑侦有利的伴人植物,归纳出其相关形态特征,同时收集了常见伴人植物的照片,为建立天津市刑侦伴人植物特征信息库提供主要信息来源。利用这些信息,通过分析植物的特征分布可以缩小搜索区域,甚至确定罪犯,这也为刑事案件的侦破提供了一种重要的技术手段。

Frequently found in crime scenes and similar occasions, criminals or victims cany the botanic materials, such as seeds, fruits and/or fluffs,onto their clothes or bodies. These materials, albeit tiny for most of them,are very likely to contribute crucial clues for the cases to be solved. In this paper, an introduction was put forward on a Tianjin botanic repertory of morphological characteristics that involve with the living patterns, leaves, flowers, fniits, distributions, habitations and other aspects. Therefore, the selection can be made on the plants which are helpful for the criminal investigation by their liability of attaching to relevant people and objects （people-companioning plants are denominated accordingly）. With the morphological characteristics summarized along with the correlative photographs, a reliable information source has been established for Tianjin criminal police to narrow investigation area or even target suspects with such knowledge and resorts.
