摘要
本研究采用问卷调查法和访谈法,从导学、助学与促学角度对长沙广播电视大学农民大学生对学习支持服务的满意度及需求进行分析。定量研究发现:农民大学生对支持服务的整体满意度较高(M=4.16),其中对助学支持服务的满意度最高(M=4.26),对促学支持服务满意度次之(M=4.15),对导学支持服务满意度最低(M=4.08)。定性研究总结了农民大学生自主学习存在的主要困难,并从加强网络技能培训、适当增加面授教学、多组织社会实践活动、做好学习支持服务的配套服务等角度提出了完善学习支持服务体系的建议。
Learning support service is an important condition for the smooth distance learning of farmer college students, which is the key to guarantee the quality of distance education and reduce the dropout rate. The questionnaire survey and the interview method were used to analyze the satisfaction and demand of the learning support service of the peasant college students of Changsha Radio and Television University from the perspectives of guidance, support and promotion. Quantitative study shows that the peasant college students have a high overall satisfaction with learning support services (M = 4 . 16) . The help - support service scores the highest level of satisfaction ( M = 4. 26). The second is the promotion - support service ( M = 4. 15) and the last one is the guidance support services ( M =4. 0 8 ) . Qualitative research summarized the main difficulties of peasant college students^ autonomous learning. This paper puts forward some suggestion to im-prove the learning support service system from the perspectives of strengthening network skills training, increasing face - to - face teaching, more social practice, and perfecting supporting services.
