学生基本信息管理在开放大学系统教务管理中占据基础地位,其管理水平和质量反映开放大学系统办学的规范程度,体现了开放大学信息化建设的先进程度。本文审视当前开放大学系统内学生基本信息管理的现状,探究其形成原因,提出要实现开放大学学生基本信息管理的精准化,必须培养精准思维,健全制度机制,系统协同合作,完善考评体系。

The basic information management students occupy basic position in the open university educational administration system, the management level and the quality not only reflects the standardization degree of Open University School system, but also reflects the ad-vanced level of the informatization construction of open universities. The current situation of university students scientific view of open sys-tem basic information management, explores the reasons from the root, put forward to achieve the precision of the Open University Students ,basic information management, must develop accurate thinking from the system construction, perfect system mechanism, cooperative sys-tem, perfect the appraisal system.
