8个适宜机采乌龙茶品种各叶位节间长与展叶角度分析 被引量:4

摘要 为了解适宜机械采摘的乌龙茶品种不同叶位节间长和各叶位展叶角度,2014、2015年春、夏、秋3季分别对丹桂、黄观音、白芽奇兰、金观音、悦茗香、黄棪、福建水仙、金牡丹8个较适宜机采的乌龙茶品种的节间长和展叶角度进行调查分析。结果表明:8个适宜机采品种2年平均二、三叶节间长2.30~2.95cm,三、四叶节间长2.99~3.87cm,四、五叶节间长3.36~4.53cm,从节间长看:春季黄观音、水仙适宜一芽二叶,一芽三、四叶标准的机采,黄棪、白芽奇兰适宜一芽二叶标准的机采;夏季水仙适宜一芽二叶,一芽三、四叶标准的机采;秋季金牡丹、水仙适宜一芽二叶,一芽三、四叶标准的机采,黄观音适宜一芽三、四叶标准的机采。8个适宜机采品种第三叶展叶角度32.27~40.80°,第四叶展叶角度33.65~43.65°,第五叶展叶角度37.50~47.73°;从展叶角度看:春季黄棪和白芽奇兰适宜一芽二叶,一芽三、四叶标准的机采,黄观音、茗科1号(金观音)适宜一芽三、四叶标准的机采;夏季黄棪、悦茗香、白芽奇兰适宜一芽二叶,一芽三、四叶标准的机采;秋季白芽奇兰、金观音适宜一芽二叶,一芽三、四叶标准的机采。 The distances between internodes and the pointing angles of leaves on 8 oolong tea cultivars that exhibiteda potential for mechanical picking were determined in the spring, summer and autumn of 2014 and 2015. Theaveraged internode-distance between the 2nd and the 3rd leaves on a plant was found to be 2. 30 - 2. 95 cm; thatbetween the 3rd and the 4th leaves, 2. 99 -3. 87 cm; and, that between the 4th and the 5th leaves, 3. 36 -4. 53 cm.Based on the internode-distance measurements, it was determined that Huangguanyin and Shuixian could be pluckedby the standard machine-picking with l-bud-2nd-leaf or l-bud-3rd-and-4th-leaves, while Huangdan and Baiyaqilan, with l-bud-2nd-leaf in spring time; Shuixian, with l-bud_2nd-leaf or l-bud-3rd-and-4th-leaves in summer; and,Jinmudan and Shuixian, with l-bud-2nd-leaf or l-bud-3rd-and-4th-leaves, while Huangguanyin, with l-bud-3rd-and-4th-leaves in autumn. The averaged leaf-angle of the 3rd leaf on a tea plant ranged 32. 27-40. 80°; that of the 4th leaf,33. 65 - 43. 63 °; and, that of the 5th leaf, 37. 5〇 -47. 73°. Using the leaf-angle to determine the suitability for themechanical picking, the l-bud-2nd-leaf or l-bud-3rd-and-4th-leaves on Huangdan and Baiyaqilan, while the l-bud-3rd-and-4th-leaves on Huangguanyin and Jinguanyin in spring; the l-bud-2nd-leaf or l-bud-3rd-and-4th-leaves onHuangdan, Yuemingxiang and Baiyaqilan in summer; and, the l-bud-2nd-leaf or l-bud-3rd-and-4th-leaves onBaiyaqilan and Jinmudan in autumn were proposed.
