妊娠晚期性行为对妊娠结局影响的研究现状

Research status quo of the effect of late pregnancy sexual behavior on pregnancy outcome

综述国内外妊娠晚期妇女性行为现状及其对妊娠结局的影响。国内研究一直要求避免妊娠晚期性行为。国外研究显示,妊娠晚期性行为并未增加早产、胎膜早破的危险,甚至早产的危险性更低。妊娠晚期性行为是否会对妊娠结局及胎儿生长发育产生不良影响仍需深入研究。能否通过妊娠晚期一定频次的性行为来促进自然分娩、预防过期妊娠将是下一步研究的重点。

This article reviewed t he s ta tus quo of la te pregnancy sexual behavior and i ts effect on p regnancy ou-- come in China and abroad.The studies of China showed that the late pregnancy sexual behavior had been asked to be avoided.The studies other than China showed that late pregnancy sexual behavior of premature birth and premature rupture of membranes ？ but even decrease the risk of premature birth. Whether the late pregnancy sexual behavior had a negative impact on pregnancy outcome ther study.Whether a cer tain frequency of sexual activity in late pregnancy could promote natural childbirth orprevent expired pregnancy were going to be the focus of the future study.
