研究一次性根治术治疗肛周脓肿疾病的临床应用优势

Objective to Study the Clinical Advantages of One-time Radical Operation in the Treatment of Perianal Abscess

目的研究分析在治疗肛周脓肿疾病中应用一次性根治术的优势。方法随机选取2014年11月—2016年11月该院收治的100例肛周脓肿患者,将其随机分为观察组与对照组各50例。观察组患者采取一次性根治术方法进行治疗,对照组患者则采用常规的手术方法进行治疗,对比分析两组患者的治疗总有效率。结果经过治疗,观察组患者的治疗总有效率为94%、肛门功能恢复正常时间为(6.4±1.7)d、住院时间为(8.7±3.0)d,对照组患者则分别为为80%、(8.8±2.1)d、(11.2±2.6)d,对比结果均显示差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗肛周脓肿疾病中应用一次性根治术具有理想的效果,可显著提高临床治疗的总有效率,缩短肛门功能恢复时间以及患者住院时间,应用价值高。

Objective To study the analysis applied in the treatment of diseases of anus week abscess disposable radical prostatectomy.Methods In November 2014 to November 2016 patients of our hospital 100 cases of anus week abscess,the were randomly divided into observation group and control group 50 cases each.Adopts the method of one-time radical treatment,observation group patients in the control group,the use of the conventional surgical method to treat patients,compared the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients.Results After treatment,the treatment of patients with observation group the total effective rate was 94%,the anus function returned to normal time for d,length of hospital stay(6.4±1.7)d to(8.7±3.0) d,control group patients were respectively(80%),(8.8±2.1)d,(11.2±2.6)d,comparison results showed significant difference,in line with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application in the treatment of diseases of anus week abscess disposable radical has ideal effect,can significantly improve the clinical total effective rate,shorten the recovery time and hospital stay in patients with anal function,high application value.
