子宫内膜息肉患者实施宫腔镜手术配合球囊压迫止血治疗的临床研究

Clinical Study of Hysteroscopic Surgery Combined with Balloon Compression Hemostasis in Patients with Endometrial Polyps

目的探讨子宫内膜息肉患者实施宫腔镜手术配合球囊压迫止血治疗的临床效果。方法所选研究对象为该院收治的子宫内膜息肉患者,病例选择时间范围为2015年11月—2016年11月,共方便选取病例数为80例。采用回顾性分析的方法,对80例患者的一般资料进行调查。将80例患者按照就诊先后顺序,随机分为研究组(宫腔镜手术+球囊压迫止血)与对照组(宫腔镜手术+电凝止血)各40例。观察两组手术时间、术中与术后出血量、术后渗血时间以及血流动力学等指标。结果研究组平均手术室时间为(30.0±5.2)min、平均术后出血量为(16.2±2.3)mL,对照组平均手术时间则为(52.8±6.6)min,平均术后出血量却达(29.2±4.1)mL;研究组在手术时间、术后出血量、术后渗血时间等指标上均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组血流动力学各指均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组无1例出现并发症,对照组2例术后出现反复出血,持续半月后再次使用球囊压迫加抗感染治疗后好转。结论在子宫内膜息肉患者的临床治疗过程中,采用宫腔镜手术联合球囊压迫止血治疗的效果显著,能控制术后出血量,缩短渗血时间,且安全可靠,值得进行深入研究和推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hysteroscopic surgery combined with balloon compression hemostasis in patients with endometrial polyps.Methods The selected subjects were patients with endometrial polyps admitted in our hospital.The time range of the cases was-2016 in November 2015 of November,and the number of cases was 80 cases.The general data of 80 patients were investigated by retrospective analysis.Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into study group and control group in each of the 40 cases.The operative time,intraoperative and postoperative blood loss,postoperative bleeding time and hemodynamic parameters of the two groups were observed.Please give the number of each group,the observation index.Results The average time for the operation room study group(30.0±5.2) min,the average amount of bleeding after operation(16.2 ±2.3)mL control group,the average operation time was(52.8±6.6)min,but the average amount of bleeding after operation(29.2 ±4.1)mL;the study group in the operation time,postoperative the amount of bleeding,postoperative bleeding time and other indicators were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);contrast group after treatment,the hemodynamics of each finger were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);The study group had no complications,2 cases in the control group after repeated bleeding,continuing a half months again after use balloon compression and improved after anti infection therapy.Conclusion in the clinical treatment of patients with endometrial polyps in hysteroscopic surgery combined with balloon compression hemostasis effect,can control postoperative bleeding,shorten the bleeding time,safe and reliable,worthy of further research and promotion.
