地佐辛复合舒芬太尼用于术后镇痛的协同作用

Dezocine Combined with Sufentanil for Postoperative Analgesia Synergism

目的探讨分析妇科术后患者采用地佐辛复合舒芬太尼的镇痛效果。方法便利选取2015年1月—2016年12月在该院妇科就诊的60例患者,根据术后不同镇痛方法随机划分为实验组(30例,采用地佐辛复合舒芬太尼镇痛)和对照组(30例,采用舒芬太尼镇痛),对比分析两组患者术后各时点VAS评分以及不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者术后6、12、24、48 h各时点VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组术后48 h VAS评分(1.6±0.9)分显著低于术后6 h(3.3±1.1)分。实验组患者不良反应发生率(13.3%)明显低于对照组(26.7%),两组患者术后不良反应差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科术后患者采用地佐辛复合舒芬太尼的镇痛效果良好,镇痛又快又稳,且不良反应轻,是一种值得推荐的术后镇痛方案。

Objective To investigate the analgesic effect of dezocine and sufentanil by analysis of patients after gynecological surgery.Methods from January 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital 60 cases of gynecological patients according to different methods of analgesia after operation were randomly divided into experimental group(30 cases with dezocine and sufentanil analgesia) and control group(30 cases,using comparative analysis of sufentanil analgesia),the incidence of the two groups of patients after the VAS scores and adverse reaction.Results two groups of patients after 6,12,24,48 h the VAS scores were not statistically significant(P>0.05),The VAS after 48 h(1.6±0.9)points was significantly lower than 6 h after surgery(3.3±1.1)points.The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group(13.3%) was significantly lower than that in the control group(n=26.7%),and the difference of adverse reactions between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion the patients with gynecological postoperative analgesic effect of dezocine and sufentanil analgesia is good,fast and stable,and less adverse reactions,is a recommended scheme for postoperative analgesia.
