骨伤科临床应用益气化瘀法治疗的疗效分析

Effect of Yiqi Huayu Decoction on Clinical Application of Orthopedics and Traumatology

目的探究益气化瘀法在骨伤科临床应用中的治疗效果。方法随机选取于2015年2月—2016年5月在该院骨伤科接受治疗的患者(颈椎病60例,肩周炎50例,强直性脊柱炎50例,腰椎间盘突出70例)共230例作为研究对象,并将各类患者随机平均分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组联合应用益气化瘀法治疗,比较两组患者的临床有效率。结果观察组颈椎病、肩周炎、强直性脊柱炎和腰椎间盘突出患者的治疗总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气化瘀法在骨伤科临床应用中具有较好的临床疗效,能有效提高患者的临床总体有效率,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Huayu Decoction in clinical application of orthopedic trauma.Methods Random selection 230 cases(60 cases of cervical spondylosis,50 cases of frozen shoulder,50 cases of ankylosing spondylitis,70 cases of lumbar disc herniation) patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the control group patients were given routine therapy,the observation group patients were given Yiqi Huayu combined with routine treatment.The clinical efficiency of the two groups was compared.Results The effective rates of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Huayu method in the clinical application of orthopedic trauma has a good clinical efficacy,can effectively improve the overall clinical efficiency of patients,worthy of clinical use.
