扩张型心肌病(DCM)患者心电图碎裂QRS(fQRS)波的临床价值

目的探索扩张型心肌病(DCM)患者心电图碎裂QRS(f QRS)波的临床价值。方法方便选取2015年8月—2016年12月期间收治100名健康体检者(对照组)、100例扩张型心肌病患者(观察组)为探索对象,对受检者进行12导联心电图检测,分析心电图碎裂QRS波在扩张型心肌病患者中的预判价值。结果观察组受检者f QRS发生率(60.00%)明显高于对照组受检者(P<0.05),同时对观察组患者进行深入研究,发现观察组的无f QRS患者6 min步行距离(356.14±54.36)m、NYHA心功能分级(2.75±0.69)、心血管事件发生率(5.00%)、LVEDD(41.02±3.65)mm、LVESD(35.69±2.45)mm、LVEF(49.34±5.36)%均优于f QRS组(P<0.05)。结论心电图碎裂QRS(f QRS)波在扩张型心肌病患者中具有一定的诊断价值性。

Objective To explore in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM) fractures in electrocardiogram QRS(f QRS),the clinical value of the wave.Methods Convenient selection August 2015 to December 2016 were treated 100 cases of healthy physical examination(control group) and 100 patients with DCM(observation group) for exploring object,of all the subjects of 12-lead electrocardiogram detection,analysis of fractured electrocardiogram QRS wave forecasting value in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy.6Observation group client f QRS incidence(60.00%) patients is significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),and at the same time to conduct the thorough research to the observation group of patients,found that the observation group of patients with f QRS 6 minutes walking distance(356.14±54.36) m,NYHA heart function classification(2.75±0.69),the incidence of cardiovascular events(5.00%),LVEDD(41.02 ±3.65) mm,LVESD(35.69 ±2.45) mm,LVEF(49.34±5.36) % were superior to f QRS group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fractured electrocardiogram QRS(f QRS) wave has certain diagnostic value in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy.
