磁共振功能成像对乳腺癌新辅助化疗疗效的评价作用 被引量:8

The Application of Magnetic Resonance Functional Imaging in Efficacy Assessment of Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy for Breast Cancer

摘要 乳腺癌是女性常见疾病之一,其死亡率已跃居我国女性恶性肿瘤的第一位。因此,乳腺癌早期发现、早期诊断和早期治疗已经成为乳腺疾病的工作重点。新辅助化疗是局部进展期乳腺癌的标准治疗方案,磁共振成像在乳腺癌新辅助化疗疗效评估方面优于超声、X线和临床检查。磁共振不仅能进行结构成像,也可进行功能成像。磁共振动态增强成像、扩散加权成像、灌注成像及磁共振波谱等功能技术在乳腺癌疗效评估中的应用受到广泛关注。 Breast cancer is one of the common diseases in women,and its mortality now ranks first among the female malignancies in China. Therefore,early detection,early diagnosis and early treatment have become the focus of the treatment for breast diseases. Neoadjuvant chemotherapy is a standard treatment for locally progressive breast cancer,and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is superior to ultrasonography,X-ray and clinical exami-nation in evaluating the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer. MRI can provide not only struc-tural imaging,but also functional imaging. MRI dynamic contrast enhanced imaging,diffusion weighted imaging, perfusion weighted imaging and magnetic resonance spectroscopy have received extensive attention in the evalua-tion of therapeutic efficacy for breast cancer.
