恩度联合顺铂腔内化疗对中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者外周血sPD-L1、CEA水平的影响

Effect of Endostar combined with cisplatin cavity chemotherapy on peripheral blood sPD-L1 and CEA levels in treatment of middle-late stage non-small cell lung cancer

目的分析中晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)治疗中重组人血管内皮抑制素注射液(恩度)联合顺铂腔内化疗的应用价值。方法将130例中晚期NSCLC患者随机分为对照组及观察组,每组65例。对照组给予顺铂腔内化疗方案治疗,观察组给予恩度联合顺铂腔内化疗方案治疗。对比两组治疗效果及对外周血可溶性程序性死亡配体-1(sPD-L1)、癌胚抗原(CEA)含量的影响。结果治疗前两组间FACT-G-V4总分、sPD-L1、CEA、VEGF、MMP-9及OPN比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),完成治疗1个月后,观察组FACT-GV4总分、sPD-L1、CEA、VEGF、MMP-9及OPN低于对照组(P<0.05)。同时,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),而两组治疗期间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论恩度联合顺铂腔内化疗不仅可有效的改善中晚期NSCLC患者的近期治疗效果,同时也可有效的降低外周血sPD-L1及CEA水平。

Objective To analyze the application value of Endostar combined with cisplatin cavity chemo-therapy in treatment of middle-late stage non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 130 patients with middle-late stage NSCLC were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 65 cases in each group. The control group was given cisplatin cavity chemotherapy treatment, and the observation group was given Endostar combined with cisplatin cavity chemotherapy treatment. Their treatment effect, peripheral blood soluble apoptosis ligand 1 （ sPD-L1 ） and carcinoembryonic antigen （CEA） were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in FACT-G-V4 total score, sPD-L1, CEA, VEGF, MMP-9 or OPN between the two groups before treatment （P〉0. 05）. After 1-month treatment, FACT-G-V4 total score, sPD-L1, CEA, VEGF, MMP-9 and OPN in the observation group were lower than in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. At the same time, the total effectiveness of the treatment group was higher than in the control group （P 〈0. 05） , and the incidence of adverse reactions showed no statistically significant difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Endostar combined with cisplatin cavity chemotherapy can not only effectively improve the recent therapeutic effects of patients with locally advanced NSCLC, but also can effectively reduce the peripheral blood sPD - L1 and CEA levels.
