摘要
本文主要探讨上古音体系中"一部多元音"的问题,分为以下八个部分:一、当代两大对立的上古音韵部构拟体系;二、郑张尚芳、白一平-沙加尔、斯塔罗斯金三家的上古音韵部构拟体系;三、论关于上古韵部中的所谓"一部多元音"说评价的两个标准;四、论王力解决上古重韵问题的原则与方法;五、论李方桂解决上古重韵问题的原则与方法;六、王、李二家解决上古重韵若干方法之商榷;七、郑张尚芳、白一平-沙加尔、斯塔罗斯金三家解决上古重韵问题的原则与方法;八、从什么角度看所谓"一部多元音"问题。
Reconstructions of Old Chinese phonology have received scholarly interest for long, with researchers com-paring the categories of medieval rhyme dictionaries with categories implied by ancient rhyming practice and the struc-ture of Chinese characters. One issue of concern pertains to the phenomenon of one rhyme group with multiple vowel systems in Old Chinese phonology. This paper aims to shed light on the criteria behind the different notations regard-ing one rhyme group with multiple vowels employed by different scholars, especially by Zhengzhang Shangfang, Wil-liam H. Baxter and Laurent Sagart, and Sergei A. Starostin. Also discussed in the paper are the principles and meth-ods adopted by different linguists to treat the phenomenon of Chongyun (重韵)in Old Chinese phonology.
