2型糖尿病伴高脂血症患者氧化应激反应与血脂代谢紊乱的关系研究

Relationship between oxidative stress and lipid metabolism disorder in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with hyperlipidemia

目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者伴有高脂血症患者血脂代谢紊乱与氧化应激的关系。方法选取30例确诊单纯T2DM患者(T2DM组)、30例T2DM合并高脂血症的患者(高脂血症组)、30例健康对象(健康组)。检测三组对象的血脂指标、氧化应激指标并进行比较分析。结果高血脂症组患者的甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均显著高于健康组和T2DM组(P<0.05),高脂血症组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平显著低于健康组和T2DM组(P<0.05);T2DM组的TG、TC、LDL-C水平均显著高于健康组(P<0.05);高血脂症组患者的丙二醛(MDA)、隐性氧化蛋白产物(AOPP)水平均显著高于健康组和T2DM组(P<0.05),高脂血症组谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平显著低于健康组和T2DM组(P<0.05);T2DM组的MDA、AOPP水平均显著高于健康组(P<0.05),GSH-PX、SOD显著低于健康组(P<0.05)。结论 T2DM患者伴有高脂血症会加重患者的氧化应激程度。

Objective To investigate the relationship between serum lipid metabolism disorder and oxidative stress in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM）. Methods 30 cases of simple diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM group） , 30 cases of T2DM with patients with hyperlipidemia （hyperlipidemia group） , 30 cases of healthy subjects （healthy group） were selected. The blood lipid indexes and indexes of oxidative stress in the three groups were comparatively analysis. Results TG, TC, LDL - C levels in hyperlipidemia patients were signifi-cantly higher than those of the healthy group and T2DM group （P〈0.05） , high lipid group HDL - C level was significantly lower than that of healthy group and T2DM group （P 〈0.05） , TG, TC, LDL - C levels in T2DM group were significantly higher than those in healthy group （ P〈0.05） ; MDA, AOPP levels in high blood lipids group were significantly higher than those in the healthy group and T2DM group （P〈0.05）; the GSH Px, SOD level in high lipid group were significantly lower than those of healthy group and T2DM group （P〈0.05） , MDA, AOPP levels in T2DM group were significantly higher than that of the healthy group （P〈0.05） , GSH - and SOD were significantly lower than that of healthy group （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion T2DM patients with hyperlipidemia will increase the degree of oxidative stress.
