改良颞颊部隐蔽切口除皱术在老年面部除皱中的应用研究

Application of modified rhytidectomy with concealed incision of temporal cheek in face-lifting in senile patients

目的对改良颞颊部隐蔽切口除皱术在老年面部除皱中的应用效果进行研究与分析。方法选取医院收治的拟行除皱手术者100例,随机分为对照组与试验组,每组均50例。予以对照组传统除皱手术,试验组则采用改良颞颊部隐蔽切口除皱术。对比分析两组并发症发生情况及除皱效果。结果试验组并发症发生率(4.00%)明显低于对照组(30.00%)(P<0.05);试验组除皱效果优良率(98.00%)明显高于对照组优良率(72.00%)(P<0.05)。结论改良颞颊部隐蔽切口除皱术可有效提高除皱效果优良率,减少并发症的发生,应用价值较高。

Objective To study and analyze the effects of modified rhytidectomy with concealed incision of temporal cheek in face-lifting in senile patients. MeAods A total of 100 patients to receive rhytidectomy in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group （n=50, respectively）. The control group received traditional rhytidectomy, while the experimental group received modified rhytidectomy with concealed incision of temporal cheek. The complications and rhytidectomy effects between the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The incidence （4.00%） of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that （30.00%） in the control group （P 〈 0.05）; the excellent rate （98.00%） of rhytidectomy effects was significantly higher than that （72.00%） in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Modified rhytidectomy with concealed incision of temporal cheek can effectively improve the excellent rate of rhytidectomy effects and reduce complications and has high application value.
