摘要
本文通过因子分析对全国31个省市自治区区域科技创新综合能力进行测度,结果发现中国区域科技创新综合能力呈现东中西依次递减的趋势。其中江苏、广东、山东、上海、浙江、北京等东部城市居前6位,排在后面的是湖北、湖南、河南等3个中部城市,西部城市排名最前的是四川、陕西、重庆等3省区。从影响区域科技创新综合能力的因素来看,最大的是因子1,即知识创新能力。对此,本文提出了政策建议。
Through the factor analysis to measure region comprehensive ability in science and technology inno-vation of the 31 provinces in China,found China regional scientific and technological innovation comprehensive abil-ity present decreasing trend from east to west. Jiangsu, Guangdong, Shandong, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Beijing in the eastern are the top six, behind of the list is Hubei, Hunan, Henan and other three central city, Sichuan, Shaanxi, Shongqing is the top three in west. From the influencing factors of regional science and technology innovation abili-ty, the largest is the factor 1,namely, knowledge innovation ability. To this,this paper puts forward the policy Sug-gestions.
