协商民主视角下民办高校大学生参与学校内部治理研究

Research on the Internal Governance of College Students in Non-governmental Institutions of Higher Learning from the Perspective of Consultative Democracy

当前我国民办高校存在的管理不善等诸多问题。构建和谐校园须探索民办高校大学生通过协商民主途径参与学校内部治理。由于制度建设不完善、协商素质缺乏、协商领域窄、协商方式缺乏等导致无法有效地参与学校治理。本文借鉴相关经验提出制度建设、协商素质培养、协商内容扩展、协商形式创新等四个对策,对加强民办高校大学生参与学校治理的深度和广度具有重要意义。

At present,there are many problems in the management of private colleges and universities in our country. Constructing Harmonious Campus Should Explore Private College Students^ Participation in School Internal Governance through Consultative Democracy. Due to the imperfection of the system construction, the lack of consul-tation quality, the narrow negotiation area and the lack of consultation methods, students can not participate effec-tively in school governance. This paper puts forward four countermeasures,such as system construction, negotiation quality training, consultation content expansion and consultation form innovation, which is of great significance to strengthen the depth and breadth of college students participation in school management.
