摘要
高校智库作为中国特色社会主义新型智库的重要组成部分,以其在人才、学科等方面的巨大优势,具有建设一流智库的巨大潜力。但是要把潜力变成真正的实力还面临很多挑战。从目前我区高校智库建设来看,普遍缺乏足够的智库意识和智库能力;智库评价激励机制不健全,缺乏科学、灵活的考核评价机制;高校智库的整体协同创新能力不足。
University think tank,as an important part of a new type of think - tank with Chinese characteris-tics ,has a huge advantage in fields of talents and subjects, possesses huge potential in the construction of first - rate think tanks. But there exist a lot of challenges in turning potential into real strength. From the current situation of u-niversity think tanks of Inner Mongolia, the problems mainly include : general lack of enough think - tank conscious-ness and capacity, imperfect incentive mechanism, lack of flexible examination and evaluation mechanism and insuf-ficient overall collaborative innovation, etc.
