新时期,党和政府继续坚定反腐决心,对反腐败工作提出了更高的要求。没有制约的权力必定导致贪腐产生。为权力制定边界,对权力进行有效监督就显得至关重要。加强对公共权力运行的监督,关系党的执政地位的巩固和执政能力的提高,更关系中国特色社会主义事业的发展。新时期,腐败现象依然时有发生,其中权力运行监督机制的不完善就为出现腐败现象提供了温床。因此,本文通过分析新时期腐败行为的新特点,归纳现有监督机制,并以监督方式、监督对象、监督领域和监督主体为突破点,阐述了完善权力运行监督机制的新举措。

At new era, the Party and the government continue to resolute the determination of anti - corruption, and put forward higher requirements for anti - corruption work under the new situation. Without restricts, power will inevitably lead to corruption. Therefore,it is very important for the power to make the boundary,and to supervise the power effectively. Strengthen and improve the supervision mechanism for the operation of power directly relates to the consolidation of the Partys ruling status and the improvement of the ruling ability. What smore,it relates to the success or failure of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Under the new normal,due to the imperfect power supervision mechanism, corruption is still occurring. Therefore, this paper analyzes the features of corruption under the ewnorm, summarizes the current supervision mechanism. With supervision style, supervision target, super-vision field and supervision subject as breakthrough, this paper puts forward n e w measures on how to perfect power performance supervision mechanism.
