摘要
高校辅导员绩效评价对增强大学生思想政治教育和提高辅导员工作能力具有重要的现实意义。本文运用360度绩效评价方法、层次分析法和德尔菲法从职能部门、教师及辅导员互评、学生三个角度构建科学合理的高校辅导员工作绩效评价指标体系进行定性考核,并通过模糊综合评价方法构建模型,对辅导员工作绩效进行定量考核,为辅导员的选聘、考核和培训提供有力的依据。
The performance evaluation of college counselors is of great practical significance to enhance the ide-ological and political education of college students and improve the working ability of counselors. To achieve qualita-tive assessment, this article uses 360 degree performance evaluation method, AHP and Delphito build a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation index system for university counselors from the mutual evaluation betwe en functional departments and teachers, the mutual evaluation among university counselors and an evaluation among students. On this basis,this paper attempts to build a model with the method of FAHPwhich provide a strong basis for counselors employment,assessment and training.
