宁波市直属高中体育教师综合素质现状调查

Investigation and Research on the Current Situation of Physical Education Teachers in Ningbo Senior High School

文章采用实证研究的方法,对2014-2015学年宁波市直属高中体育教师综合素质现状进行问卷调查和实地访谈,调查显示:宁波市直属高中体育教师男性多、女性少,且学历以本科为主;体育教师周课时量大且分布不均;长期带队训练体育教师比例高;体育教师开设选修课人数多,但学年学校考核优秀比例低;体育教师科研能力有待提升。

This paper adopts empirical research method. The comprehensive quality of the physical e-ducation teachers in senior hi^ schools directly under Ningbo bureau of education from 2004 to 2015 were investigated by questionnaire survey and interviews. The investigation shows that the number of male PE teachers is larger than the female one and most of them are of bachelor degree. The PE teachers have large amount of and uneven weekly class period distribution. There is also a high proportion of PE teachers who do the long-term instructor-led training, and their selective PE courses are popular among students, but the excellence proportion of school yearly evaluation is low. The capacity of scientific research of PE teachers should be improved.
