The Development of Travel APP and the Coping Strategies of Tourist Guide

概述旅游APP的服务内容及类型,分析旅游APP迅速发展的主要原因。与传统导游相比,旅游APP具有服务内容的完整性和稳定性、服务功能选择的便利性等优势,但也存在不能充分满足游客的旅游服务需求等劣势。针对问题,提出旅游APP发展背景下导游员的应对策略。

This paper takes an overview of service contents and types of travel APP, and analyzes the main cause of its rapid development. Compared with the traditional tourist guide, travel APP has some advantages such as the integrity and stability of service content, the convenience of service function selection. At the same time, travel APP also has some disadvantages, including not satisfying the tourists travel service fully. Finally, this paper puts forward some coping strategies of tourist guide under the background of the development of travel APP.
