摘要
运用统计软件,分析旅游院校实习生与正式员工间冲突对个人绩效的影响,结果显示:高星级饭店实习生与正式员工间冲突现象普遍存在;实习生的基础月薪对其与正式员工间的关系冲突有显著的负向影响;实习生与正式员工间任务冲突正向影响个人绩效,关系冲突则负向影响个人绩效。提出适当提高实习生的基础月薪,重视精神激励、注意适度管控实习生与正式员工间的任务冲突,以尽可能削弱实习生与正式员工间的关系冲突等建议。
This research uses statistical software to analyze the impact of conflicts between them on individual performance. The results are as follows: Conflict between interns and formal employees is widespread in high-star hotel; Base salaries of interns have negative influences on relationship conflict between interns and formal employees; Task conflict between them have a positive impact on individual performance, while relationship conflict between them have a negative impact on individual performance.Finally, it proposes some suggestions in order to promote harmonious relationship between them, such as increasing appropriately base salaries of interns, emphasizing on spiritual motivation, a moderate control in task conflict between interns and formal employees, easing relationship conflict between them as much as possible, and so on.
