摘要 箱式汽轮发电机是应市场需求而开发的简装机型,该机采用单层布置结构,取消了设备下部的建设和运行层,采用背包式空气冷却装置,直接安装在发电机定子机座顶部,结构紧凑,占地小,可以在现场内集成安装,安装简单易操作,较一般发电机结构简化,可为用户节省土建和厂房投资,缩短建设工期,提前获得收益。本文介绍了箱式汽轮发电机各个组成部件的基本设计结构,附图对比了一般汽轮发电机和箱式汽轮发电机机座结构、总体结构。 Box-type turbogenerator isa design ofa simpleinstallation models in response to market demand. This machine usesasingle-layer arrangement , canceled the construction and operation of thelower portion of the device layer . It uses backpack air cooling devicewhich is mounted directly on the generator stator frame top. It iscompact and small footprint , can be integrated in the on-siteinstallation, easy to be installed and easy to be operated and simplifiedgenerator structure. Users can save investment in construction andplant , shorten the construction period and benefit in advance. Thisarticle describes the basic design of box-type structure of the variouscomponents of the turbogenerator , compares the figures of framestructure and overall structure between generalturbogenerator andbox-type turbogenerator.
