摘要
挤压丝锥逐步在数控加工上应用,但在铝合金零件加工时经常因参数选择不当导致螺纹烂牙、底孔偏大、丝锥折断甚至工件报废等异常情况,针对这类问题,从工艺路线改进、刀具选型、底孔直径公式推算、挤压速度验证、冷却液浓度分析等参数入手验证,确定了合理工艺路线及优化切削参数,对挤压丝锥在数控加工的应用具有较高的参考价值。
Extrusion tap is gradually applied in CNC machining,but in the processing of aluminum parts,due to improper selection of parameters,often lead to thread rotten teeth,too large bottom hole,broken or even scrap tap and other parts of the abnormal situation.For such problems,from the process line improvement,tool selection,bottom hole diameter formula calculation,extrusion speed verification,coolant concentration analysis and other parameters,it starts to determine the reasonable process line and optimizes the cutting parameters,the extrusion tap in the application of CNC machining has a high reference value.
