基于Plant Simulaton的随机型装配线仿真研究

摘要 在装配过程中,不确定性因素会引起作业元素操作时间的波动,进而引起工位作业时间的波动,装配线的节拍也会随之变化,装配线实际节拍及产能的估算难度增大、准确度降低。针对此问题,采用仿真实验的方法对随机型装配线进行研究。利用Matlab数值分析软件随机生成不确定的操作时间,并将其通过COM接口导入Plant Simulaton仿真软件。基于Plant Simulaton对装配线建立模型并进行仿真,反映出操作时间的波动对工位以及整线的影响,并为该装配线的实际节拍的估算提供了依据。 In the assembly process,uncertain factors make the operation time and workstations time fluctuate,which leads to the uncertainty of the cycle time.It would be more difficult to estimate the cycle time and production capacity of the assembly line,and the estimation accuracy would reduce.Aiming at this problem,the stochastic assembly line is studied using simulation experiments.The uncertain operation time is generated randomly by the numerical analysis software Matlab which is imported into the simulation software Plant Simulaton through COM interface.The model is established and simulated based on Plant Simulaton,which reflects the influence of the fluctuation of the operation time on the station and the entire line,and provides the basis for the estimation of the assembly line cycle time.
