摘要
由于二板式注射机合模机构涉及装配零件较多,实际工作时的受力状态难以简单计算。对合模机构的零部件进行适当简化,根据其工作原理,建立了有限元模型;通过有限元模拟分析发现,最大变形发生在定模板顶部,集中应力发生在拉杆与定模板孔连接处。该模拟分析结果,为进一步优化设计提供依据,也为合模机构的寿命预测的奠定基础。
Because the clamping unit in two-plate injectionmachine involves many assembly parts, the actual stress at work is hardto simple calculation. Clamping unit components is appropriatelysimplified, according to its working principle, the finite element modelis established. In finite element simulation analysis, the maximumdeformation occurs on the top of the fixed mould plate, andconcentrated stress happens in the junction between rod and the fixedplate hole. The simulation results provide the basis for furtheroptimization design, and also lay the foundation for life prediction ofclamping unit.
