This paper presents an RFID-based intelligent filecabinet design. The scheme describes the working principle of thecurrent mainstream filing cabinet , and analyzes the feasibility of RFIDfile management based on the actual situation of the school . Afterintroducing the shape and structure design of the intelligent filingcabinet , the process of archives management is discussed, and the keyworking principle of RFID file cabinet is explained in detail . Thepopularity of RFID-based filing cabinets will greatly improve theefficiency of school records management.
