Analysis on Energy Consumption Characteristics of CNC Machine Tools

摘要 数控机床是现代机械加工和制造领域的重要工具,其能耗水平高低对加工业的总体耗能具有重要影响。分析数控机床加工阶段、加工间隔的能耗特性,讨论各阶段的节能方法。结果表明,加工间隔阶段的能耗水平较高,可关闭部分工件或者使其处于待机状态。 This paper mainly introduces the application effect ofsteam temperature optimization control , the effect of main steampressure change and throttling optimization, and the optimization effectof high and low regulation of steam drum water temperature on boilerthermal operation.
