摘要
针对铁道车辆用13B型钩体的加工问题进行工艺分析,提出了解决问题的途径和手段,通过采用对称加工技术,将普通车床改为镗床使用,选用高精度回转工作台,设计出专用工装及可转位机夹刀具,增设了内冷却系统,具体实施后满足了产品加工质量的要求,降低了生产制造成本,为类似不规则形状产品的对称加工工艺提供了一种解决问题的途径和思路。
As to the process analysis problem for machining of railway vehicles with 13 B hook,the paper puts forward the ways and means to solve the problem,by using the symmetrical machining technology,the ordinary lathe to the boring machine,high precision rotary table,it designed special tooling and machine folder indexable tool added within the specific cooling system.After the implementation of the product meets the requirements of manufacturing quality,it reduces manufacturing cost,provides a way to solve the problem of irregular shape processing similar symmetrical products
