摘要 研制水田平地机对保证水稻高产稳产具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。本文分析了水田平地的特点与要求,在此基础上设计了一种水田平地机。介绍了其结构、主要作业方式,并着重对其多自由度原理进行了分析。分析表明本文设计的平地装置结构简单且强度大,平地动作齐全,能够提高平地作业生产效率。本装置使用拖拉机等作为牵引动力,标准化悬挂装置等安装快捷,制造、使用成本低。 The development of paddy field graders has importanttheoretical and practical value to ensure the high and stable yield ofrice. This paper analyzes the characteristics and requirements of paddyfields , and designs a paddy field grader . Introduced its structure, themain mode of operation, and focused on the principle of itsmulti-degree of freedom were analyzed. The analysis shows that the flatstructure designed in this paper is simple and strong, and the groundlevel is complete, which can improve the production efficiency of theplain work. The use of tractors such as tractors as traction power,standardized suspension devices such as the installation of fast,manufacturing, the use of low cost.
