Design Technology and Application Requirements of Bag Filter in Manganese-iron Electric Furnace

锰铁电炉的污染较为严重,给环境带来了较大威胁,同时产生的大量颗粒,还可能导致电炉燃烧不充分而降低生产效率。本文通过对锰铁电炉中布袋除尘器设备的设计技术与使用要求分析,力求为工业除尘设备的发展提供创新的思路。

The pollution of ferromanganese electric furnace isserious, which poses a great threat to the environment . At the sametime, a large number of particles are produced, which may lead toinsufficient combustion of electric furnace and lower productionefficiency. In this paper , through the analysis of the design technologyand the requirement of the bag filter in the ferromanganese electricfurnace, it is necessary to provide innovative ideas for the developmentof industrial dust removal equipment.
