基于移动医疗的我院门诊预约挂号系统

Outpatient Appointment Registration System Based on Mobile Medical Service in Our Hospital

目的缓解我院门诊高峰时段的患者流量,减少医患矛盾。方法依托微信平台的移动医疗技术,采用统一预约池、分时段预约挂号及实名制理念设计并建立符合我院发展的微信服务预约平台。结果我院建立的微信服务平台得到了患者的广泛关注与使用,通过微信预约挂号的预约量远远高于其他的预约方式。结论基于移动医疗的门诊预约挂号系统实现了随时随地预约功能,符合患者需求,创新了我院的门诊服务模式,提升了运营效率,创造了我院的品牌效应。

Objective To ease the peak hours of outpatient service in our hospital and reduce the contradiction between doctors and patients. Methods Relying on mobile medical technology of WeChat platform, with a unifed appointment pool, time-section appointment registration and the design of real-name system, a WeChat services reservation platform according with the development of our hospital was established. Results The WeChat service platform in our hospital has received widely attention and use by patients, and the number of the appointment registration patients via WeChat platform is much higher than the others appointment patterns. Conclusion Outpatient appointment registration system based on mobile medical service realized appointment anytime and anywhere, which met the needs of patients, innovated the outpatient service mode, enhanced the hospital’s operation effciency, and created brand effect in our hospital.
