关键绩效指标法在医疗设备维修管理中的应用

Application of Key Performance Indicator in Medical Equipment Maintenance Management

本文应用关键绩效指标法(Key Performance Indicator,KPI),介绍了医疗设备自修率、呼吸机故障率这两个关键指标,并要求工程师每月对所管理科室的设备维修进行维修评估。实施KPI一年以来,工程师的维修水平逐渐提高,自修费用比例逐年上升,总维修费占固定资产比例在逐年下降。将KPI运用在医疗设备维修管理方面,有利于提高工程师的维修理论水平及维修技术,使得医疗设备维修管理更加规范化和专业化。

With application of key performance indicators （KPI）, the paper introduced medical equipment self-repair rate and ventilator failure rate, and the engineers were also required to evaluate the maintenance of medical equipment in their departments monthly. The implementation of the key performance indicators KPI during a year has achieved some results - engineers maintenance level increased gradually, self-repair cost proportion was rising and the total maintenance cost proportion of assets decreased year by year. Used in medical equipment maintenance management, KPI is a benefcial method to improve the maintenance level of engineers to make the medical equipment maintenance management more standardized and professional.
