摘要
设计了一种单驱两联动直线模组,其特点是两直线模组运动相对称。在确定了机架形状的基础上,求得两直线模组移动距离的数学表达式。综合考虑了机构的受力和运动特点,通过Matlab将数据可视化后,确定了连杆的长度和各个构件的初始位置。通过计算两直线模组的灵巧度评价指标值进一步验证了尺度综合结果的正确性。
This paper designs a single-drive two linkage linear modules. The modules are characteristic of symmetric motion. On the basis of determining the shape of the frame, the mathematical expression is solved for its moving distance and according to the force and movement characteristics of the mechanisms and after the data visualization, the connecting rod length and the initial position of each member are deteimined. Through calculating its flexibiliby, it is further verified that the dimensional synthesis result is correct.
