摘要
采用Solid Works建立双曲轴横置压力机主传动机构的三维实体模型,将其导入到Adams中。借助L-N非线性弹簧阻尼模型理论,设置适当的运动副间接触碰撞力,在Adams中建立含运动副间隙的压力机主传动机构动力学模型。通过仿真分析,得出不同运动副间隙对压力机下死点精度的影响,确定合适的运动副间隙值。
The 3D solid model of the main drive mechanism of the double crank press is established by SolidWorks,then it is impor-ted into Adams. According to the theory of L-N nonlinear spring damping model, the contact impact force is set up, and the dynamic model of the main drive mechanism is established in Adams. Through the simulation analysis, the accuracy of the bottom dead point at different joint clearances is obtained to determine the appropriate clearance value.
