摘要
考虑到动平台重力和惯性力的影响,提出了球面机构的动态承载能力,并给出了承载能力计算过程。最后结合具体算例,得到动平台绕各轴的动态承载能力;分析了动平台角位移和结构参数对承载性能指标的影响,研究结果为重载解耦球面机构的结构设计与优化提供依据。
Considering effects of motion platform s gravity and inertial force, this paper puts forward the calculation process for the dynamic carrying capacity of the spherical mechanism, takes the specific cases to calculate the dynamic carrying capacity of the mo-tion platform around the axis and analyzes, the influence of the motion platform angular displacement and structure parameters on carrying performance indexes. The basis is provided for the structural design and optimization of heavy load decoupling spherical mechanism.
