摘要
解折臂俯角对折臂横向载荷和轴向载荷以及弯矩的影响,基于弹性力学理论对擦窗机折臂进行分析,导出折臂所受轴向载荷和横向载荷以及弯矩与俯角变化的理论公式。针对折臂式擦窗机进行理论分析,计算出实际受力,并进行相应的计算,建立擦窗机折臂的三维模型,利用ANSYS有限元软件对所建模型进行求解分析,对折臂静态状态进行分析得出结果。对两种方法得出的结果进行分析比较,结果表明该方法合理可靠,得出了折臂稳定性的结论。
To understand the impact of the angle on the transverse loads, longitudinal loads and bending moments, this paper analy-zes the folding - arm, based on the elasticity theory, derives the theoretical formuld for the transverse loads, longitudinal loads and bending moments changes over the angle. According to the theoretical analysis for folding - arm gondola, the actual force is calculat-ed out and the finite element software ANSYS is used to do its static analysis and modal analysis. The results obtained by the two methods are analyzed and compared. The results show that this method is reasonable and reliable.
